NephCure Kidney International

NephCure is committed exclusively to supporting research seeking the cause of the kidney disease Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) and Nephrotic Syndrome, to improving treatment and to finding a cure.

FSGS and NS are diseases and conditions that know no borders; they can strike anyone, anywhere in the world. Chronic kidney disease is recognized globally as a public health problem, with prevalence rates cited as high as 16%; Nephrotic Syndrome is the leading cause of kidney failure in children, and in the United States alone more than 26 million people suffer from some form of kidney disease. Since 2000 NephCure Kidney International has worked to fund research in the hope of finding a breakthrough for the devastating kidney condition Nephrotic Syndrome.  More than a decade later, NephCure continues to champion research, create a community of support for patients living with this chronic, incurable condition, and accelerate treatments and a cure for FSGS and the diseases that cause Nephrotic Syndrome.
