Since 1899 The Anti-Cruelty Society has been a leading animal welfare organization. In addition to receiving and caring for thousands of animals each year, we provide a wide variety of services and resources. These include cat and dog adoptions, low or no cost spay/neuter clinic, charity veterinary clinic, dog training classes, free behavior hotline, humane education, cruelty and abuse investigations, and short term housing for pets whose owners have been involved in an emergency.
