The Mentor Matcher is a career-mentoring program focusing on career-centered guidance to provide students with a structured approach to career exploration.

According to a Concluding Report of the Carnegie Council on Adolescent Development “The years from 10 through 14 are a crucial turning point in life’s trajectory. This period, therefore, represents an optimal time for interventions to foster effective education, prevent destructive behavior, and promote enduring health practices.” With this fact in mind, The Mentor Matcher's target audience is middle school students who we prepare for academic success in high school with career centered, mentor influenced guidance into college and career.
