Bars and Melody released their debut studio album 143 on 21 August 2015. It debuted at number four in the UK. Two years later, their EP Teen Spirit was released. They refer to their fans as "bambinos" or may refer to them generally as "bamfam" They have appeared in the UK, the United States, Japan, mainland Europe, and Australia.
