Hope Outreach International is a non for profit humanitarian and development organization that was founded in 1997 by Dr. Julio and Suzette Volcy, both of Haitian descent.  Hope Outreach International's vision is to make Haiti a better place for its people by entrusting the Haitian people to help them to take care of themselves.  Efforts have been concentrated in the development of education, identification of young leaders, community organization, development of work programs including microfinance initiatives, orphan care and medical humanitarian missions.
