The Naperville Area Humane Society (NAHS) is a private, not-for-profit organization founded in 1979 to develop and implement animal welfare programs and services within Naperville and surrounding communities. Our goal is to protect animals and prevent animal suffering. While providing shelter and adoption programs for homeless animals, we also strive to educate the community on compassion, respect and kindness toward all living beings.

The mission of Naperville CARES is to help local families in financial crisis meet their essential needs by providing emergency support and resources.

The purpose of this organization shall be to support, encourage, and enhance the athletic activities of the students at Naperville Central High School and to aid certain general activities of the students at Naperville Central High School.

The Naperville Education Foundation seeks financial and other resources through fund raising and community partnerships to support program goals. We serve as a vehicle through which donors can fund appropriate projects, grants, and scholarships for the Naperville school community. We are focused on encouraging creativity, providing enriched opportunities for learners, and assuring that all students have the opportunity to maximize their individual and collective potential.

Founded by Edmond Coisson (also Executive Director), Glessna Coisson (also Executive Director), and Gary Pradel, in 2007, NIFF begins its third year happy and optimistic that even more entries will be received and that more people with attend in 2010. Attendance has increased from 150 in 2008 to 1500 in 2009 to 3000 in 2010, and Melissa Centazzo, this year's Director of Marketing and owner of Scaramouche Productions, is working towards over 5,000 film festival attendees in 2011.

Through our fundraising programs and events, the Naperville Jaycees raise upwards of $150,000 each year, which is distributed to numerous local organizations. Each request is reviewed by the Donations Committee, approved by the Board of Directors, and finally, approved by the general membership.

The Naperville Junior Woman's Club Vision: To provide hands-on service and philanthropic donations to those in need; To educate the community; To give volunteer assistance to other philanthropic organizations. NJWC provides each of its members the opportunity for fulfillment and contribution each in her own way with the whole greater than the sum of the parts.

The Naperville North High School Booster Club is focused on raising funds for all North Activities and Sports. Unlike most Booster Clubs we support Clubs, Activities, Sports as well as major Capital Improvements.

Our purpose is to fund the construction of homes for returning disabled Veteran’s. Through the generous assistance of our community, all proceeds will go to building homes and rebuilding the lives of returning disabled Veteran’s from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. For this reason and countless more, it is our turn to serve the Defenders of our Freedom.

Natasha McShane and Stacy Jurich were both brutally attacked on Friday April 23, 2010, during a mugging in Bucktown. They were returning home from a night out celebrating a glowing review Stacy had received at work and an internship Natasha had received which would allow her to stay in the United States. The attack left Natasha in a coma with massive head trauma. Due to her extensive injuries, Natasha has a long recovery process ahead of her. This website is a central location for all the information about events to benefit Natasha and her family, and how you can make donations. Natasha’s family and friends would like to thank everyone for their concern and outrage at the events of the 23rd. The community has been incredibly supportive during such a difficult time. NCO Youth & Family Services is a private, not-for-profit human service agency supported, in part, by United Way. Also provided are prevention/social competency programs serving children K-12 and their families, in addition to youth leadership programs. The nonPareil Institute, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation, is dedicated to providing technical training to students who have been diagnosed with autism. The programs at nonPareil are technology-based and make use of artistic software, code generation products, 3D animation studio tools, digital sound applications and other creativity enabling tools. The focus of these programs will be to prepare these individuals for the possibility to enter into employment at some point in their future. We help them learn teamwork, create a sense of community, and achieve fulfilled lives.

The Noreen Fraser Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization focusing on funding translational cancer research in the area of women’s cancers. Our mission is to use educational and awareness campaigns to raise funds for research aimed at developing new prevention methods, diagnostic tools and non-toxic therapies to treat women’s cancers. Our hope is that until there are CURES, women’s cancers will become manageable diseases that can be controlled with targeted treatments that protect patients’ quality of life.
