Over 4,000 kids in Chicago are in foster care due to abuse or neglect. About a third of them suffer from some special need - severe emotional distress, physical disability, HIV/AIDS or other medical condition - often resulting directly from their abuse. These are the kids Kaleidoscope serves. Kaleidoscope's mission is to serve abused and neglected children and their families - unconditionally - through individualized, family-centered, community-focused care. Kaleidoscope's vision is for every child to have a chance to lead an independent, self sufficient, productive and happy life.

The Kathryn Bender Memorial Foundation (KBMF) is a 501(c)(3) corporation established in honor of Kathryn Mary Bender, a 17 year old who passed away suddenly on November 20th, 2005 from Long QT syndrome. The KBMF corporation is organized to provide financial assistance and support to scientific research and public education regarding Long QT syndrome, a heart disease that can cause sudden death.

The Kelly Cares Foundation was established by the Brian and Paqui Kelly family to support organizations, initiatives and programs that closely align with the goals and values of the Kelly family in three main pillars: Health, Education, and Community.

Keshet is an organization that provides year-round programming thru educational, recreational, and vocational opportunities for individuals with Special Needs. Keshet serves individuals from Kindergarten-Adult. Keshet, means rainbow in Hebrew and believes every child should have opportunities to be part of their own community.

Kloverz 4 Kids is a fun-filled event to celebrate that St. Patrick's Day is just 6 months away and to raise funds to benefit Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
